Deposit :
Bookings are confirmed when the deposit has been received.
It will be deduced from the total amount of the stay at check out time.

- 30% for the total amount for more than a 3 nights stay.
- 1 night for less than 4 nights.

Cancellation :
- 21 days before the check in : the full deposit is refundable.
- less than 21 days before the check in : the deposit is not refundable
If the booking has been made less  than 21 days before the arrival, the deposit  is not refundable if the cancellation happens less
than 7 days before the arrival or 72 hours for a booking made during the week of the check-in day.
 
Cancellation without deposit with booking confirmed :
For all cancellation without deposit, the hotel will charge one night for
a stay less 3 Days.
For a stay more than 3 nights, the hotel charge 30% of the total amount.
If the booking has been made less  than 21 days before the arrival, the deposit  will be charged if the cancellation happens less than 7 days before the arrival or72 hours for a booking made during the week of the check-in day.
Stortened stay :
In  case of interruption of the stay, the whole cost of the stay will be charged.
In case of no show or cancellation less than 72 before  the arrival,
the 1st night will be charged  if there is not a deposit .
 
Check in
The room is available from 3 PM.
The booking is maintained until 6 PM.
Thank you to inform us in case of late arrival.
 
Check out :
The rooms must be vacated at 11H30 AM.
Local tax :
The local tax is added to the cost of your stay .
The amount is 0,65 euros/day/adult
but it may changed by the municipality.
 
WE DECLINE ANY RESPONSABILITY IN CASE OF LOSS
OR THEFT OF OBJECTS IN THE ROOMS .
A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX  IS AVAILABLE IN EVERY ROOMS .
